The Role:
Markets is hiring a senior Executive Director to lead our India team.  In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for the Markets Production Management organization.  You will establish strong business relationships, lead the evaluation of the current state of our products and technology offerings, determine our strategy, and ensure global alignment.  Advocating our technology roadmap to ensure our Markets Production Management Team is highly productive and efficient is critical to success.  The successful candidate will be influential leader for our organization in India and ensure we have the right talent, organizational focus to deliver successfully.
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • As the primary point of contact, establish strong working relationships with all levels of the Markets Production Management organization– especially senior management levels.
  • Advance strategy by aligning Production Management Group efforts to the overall business objectives.
  • Lead the evaluation of Markets Production Management current state, gaps, and partner to determine our future roadmap. 
  • Ensure the Markets Production Management teams are organized for local deliverables.
  • Coordination with various technology teams within the Production Management and Application Development organizations.
  • Ensure we hire and maintain the right talent in the region.
  • Escalation point person for India Markets Production Management concerns.
  • Regional administration and people management for Production Management organization.
