Wealth Management Operations supports the JPMorgan Private Bank and Chase Wealth Management in JP Morgan’s Asset Management line of business.

  • Chase Wealth Management encompasses our Chase Private Client (CPC) and Chase Investment Services businesses. Through a dedicated team of a banker and J.P. Morgan Advisor, Chase Private Client brings our affluent clients concierge banking from Chase and access to the investment expertise from J.P. Morgan. Chase Investment Services provides investment solutions to a broad range of Chase customers through Chase Investment Advisors.  The J.P. Morgan Securities Client Service Center’s mission is to create a great client experience and help individuals across all 50 U.S states to save and invest wisely. The Chase Wealth Management (CWM) Operations Department works with field and home office business partners and management, including Compliance, Legal, Risk, Supervision, Product and Audit. This Operations Associate will support the CWM Operations’ Service Letter Program by ensuring accurate, easy to understand communications. Responsibilities include copy writing, editing and proofing of servicing communications. Additional responsibilities may include managing associated small to medium size projects and initiatives.
Typical Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Deliver superior quality customer communications for a large customer-focused organization
  • Provide writing and editing support for new letters as well as changes/rewrites to existing letter template
  • Collaborate with a variety of business partners including subject matter experts, Legal and Compliance to produce customer-focused communications
  • Maintain a consistent voice by following our writing style guide 
  • Unwavering commitment to customers and the customer experience
  • Requires strong project management skills, ability to work independently and balance priorities
  • Must have ability to use independent judgment and willingness to dig deep into details of projects
  • Excellent verbal and written skills with a proven ability to work with all levels of personnel including senior management
  • Think strategically about how the content fits into the overall customer experience and our communications framework
  • Superior writing and editing skills with a knack for simplifying complex topics in concise and customer friendly messaging

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure and tight deadlines

  •  Attention to detail (85% of the job involves actually writing and editing)

  • Strong communications leadership and strategy skills

  •  3+ years investment industry knowledge

  •  5+ years communications experience required; Customer or corporate communications a plus

  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration and negotiating skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism or Communications strongly preferred

  • Creativity and innovation with a focus on constant improvement
