Our job is to ensure the company is capable of navigating all types of market environments while maintaining a fortress balance sheet. The Finance function is a dynamic organization that plays a critical role, particularly as increasing regulatory and capital requirements change the way we do business. Planning & Analysis (P&A), in addition to CFO teams, Controllers, Business Managers and Project management, make up the majority of the Global Finance team.


The Robotics & Dashboards Center of Excellence (CoE) leads initiatives across Global Finance & Business Management (GF&BM) focused on process automation and visual data consumption. The CoE also serve as innovation leaders within the data visualization space. The Dashboard CoE serves the GF&BM user community to source opportunities to deploy dashboards, run functional and technical feasibility analyses to translate the ideas into use cases and then partner with our Technology team to deliver tangible solutions. This role will focus on dashboard development (e.g. Tableau) and delivery to users in GF&BM from end to end. The end to end process includes gathering business requirements, sourcing and presenting data to Tableau, creating a dashboard, and finally delivering and presentation the product to the users.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and prototype dashboards for Global Finance and Business Management users
  • Provide overall best practices of Dashboard development and BI / MIS tools
  • Create executive level readouts and status updates provided to clients and senior management
  • Translating business requirements into technical requirements and liaising between LOB and respective technology teams
  • Pilot opportunities for synergy between Robotics and enhanced automation technologies within the CoE
  • Use SCRUM / Agile techniques to drive delivery efficiency with the technology teams


  • Bachelor’s degree with a focus on Finance and/or Technology
  • Delivery oriented, conscientious and reliable, strong written and verbal communication a must
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience; within a finance / technology environment preferred, prior experience at a complex organization a plus
  • Minimum of 1 year of Tableau / Qlikview development experience
  • Strong SQL skills and knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, MSSQL)
  • Experience with data analytics (R, Python) or big data a plus
  • Ability to wear multiple hats and quickly pivot between roles and responsibilities
  • Excellent project management and client relations skills preferred
  • Excellent multi-tasking, prioritization and presentation/demoing skills
