APAC Project Management Office supporting C&IB Operations in the APAC region is looking for suitable candidates to fill a position which will be based in Singapore.
This role is to support Strategic & Tactical change, Regulatory, regional and location specific initiatives relating to CIB Operations across APAC.  As part of the PMO team, you will work alongside a team of Change analysts, Operations Run-the-Bank experts, Operations Controls and Technology partners to support delivery of multiple projects.  Initiatives span across various lines of business, such as Emerging Markets, Cash Equities/F&O, Trade Finance, and Cash Management.   You may be required to work with stakeholders (not limited to) from Front Office Business Management, Middle Office, Technology, Finance, Operations and Oversight & Controls to deliver the Changes. 
Specifically, you will be required to:

  • Engage actively with regional stakeholders, technology and project teams to support strategic/tactical project planning, development and analysis
  • Competently perform Project coordination and business analysis tasks, such as requirements documentation, track actions, coordinate and drive testing, business process analysis, post implementation performance tracking and capacity modeling.
  • Analyze for inefficiencies, control gaps in business processes and knows how to map detailed workflows and visually represent ideas/proposals;
  • Provide support in the monitoring and dissection of operational incidents and errors
  • Build strong partnership with various teams to help deliver solid and quantifiable remediation for the identified incidents and errors
  •  Review of Operations processes including interviewing and soliciting for inputs on process reviews

  • Minimal 2 years of experience in the financial industry in the following areas: Operations, Business process management, Consulting, from Investment Banks.
  • Adaptable and quick learn, with the ability to navigate successfully through different operating cultures
  • Self-starter, Proactive, independent, driven and creative (well-versed with productivity analysis methods and tools).
  • Problem solver; possesses high attention to details.
  • Good interpersonal skills and strong cross cultural communication skills, include strong written skills.
  • Competent with MS Word/Excel, PowerPoint, Project & Visio (able to draw Process Flows).



  • Experience working in fast pace, high performance environments in Investment Banks
  • Knowledge of Investment Banking products and Corporate Banking domain knowledge.
