The Asset & Wealth Management Client Reporting Operations team is comprised of over 800 members, with the main hub located in Newark, DE and support teams in Chicago.  The Operations team provides end-to-end support for all aspects of the client banking experience, working closely with sales, service, and product specialty groups.  For over 160 years, Asset & Wealth Management has offered the high quality client service and customized solutions to solve the complex needs of wealthy individuals and their families around the world. 
The Client Reporting Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for reviewing account documents and data to make updates to the system and /or obtain updated information.  The team will work closely with several internal business groups and requires a high degree of discipline, a strong attention to detail and a strong control mindset. 
  • Research/review client account documentation
  • Perform verification for work processed by team members to identify/resolve data issues
  • Anticipate challenges and implement solutions in order to manage the expectations of the internal business partners for a positive client experience
  • Partner with the Business and product groups to capture and categorize client issues and proposed enhancements the process and assist with defining requirements, etc.
  • Provide training/support to our business, product or technology partners.

  • Project management experience a plus
  • Knowledge of Private Bank products/Services
  • B.S. degree or equivalent work experience
