Technology for Social Good, Diversity and Inclusion (TFSG D&I) focuses on fostering a more inclusive, diverse and innovative culture across Global Technology through strategic and social good programs that attract, develop, inspire and retain a highly engaged workforce. Current programs include Force for Good, Code for Good, Youth Programs and Diversity & Inclusion.
This role will directly support the Youth Programs Lead with a primary focus on one core programs: CyberKidz, while providing support across other Youth Programs on an as needed basis. This role will serve as the global administrator of the CyberKidz program overseeing the following activities:
Automate operations by developing more efficient training modules and standardized operating procedures for outreach
Process owner to centrally manage volunteers
Work closely with supporting partners like HR, Legal, and Compliance to manage necessary approvals and clearances
Manage relationship with NGOs/Nonprofits and any legal agreements
Work closely with regional executives/volunteers and help drive relationship with schools
Youth Programs General Support: Support the Youth Programs Lead on general tasks and goals of other youth programs
Assist with coordination of event logistics for programs such as Girls Who Code, All Star Code and mentor information sessions
Create communications and material for intranet site
Manage the Youth Programs mailbox
