Scope of Role & Complexity

Role Description

Gathers, inputs and manipulates data for routine/standard business and/or financial analysis and reporting purposes

•3-5 years of mortgage default background and analytical support.

•1-3 years experience with MSP (Fidelity) a plus.

•Work experience in SQL, SSRS and other reporting tools is a plus.

•Proficiency with MS Excel (Pivot tables, VBS, forecasting) and other MS Office products.

•Advanced analytical, mathematical, and quantitative skills.

•Strong presentation and communication skills including verbal and written is required.

•Ability to review and translate functional specifications to validate and ensure business requirements are met.

•Detail oriented with strong organizational, technical and problem solving skills and decision making abilities.

•Ability to manage shifting priorities.

•Prior experience managing teams is preferred

•Ability to coach and provide meaningful feedback to employees

•Demonstrated ability to foster an open working environment
