We are seeking a Reporting Analyst (Qlikview) to work in our Cybersecurity & Technology Controls Analytics, Reporting and Team.
  • This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals
  • Daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reporting.
    • Data Analytics
    • Perform data mining, predictive analytics, and problem solving.
    • Development, evolution, and data integrity of key risk indicators (KRI), key control indicators (KCI), and key performance indicators (KPI) that lead to firmwide reporting of the "IT Risk Posture", consistent with corporate policy/standards;
    • Support for the definition and implementation of technology controls metrics and reporting model for Global Technology through collaboration with key stakeholders.
    • Conducting analyses of gaps, trends, and areas for concern and ensure results of data analysis such as trending and deep dives provide actionable recommendations as needed.
    • Development / management of governance process documentation to ensure complete, accurate and current coverage.
    • This position will interface directly with managers to gather reporting requirements, fulfill ad-hoc requests, and evaluate existing reporting to determine best course of action for new requests.
    • Able to build SharePoint sites for dashboards and reporting landing pages
  • Experience or knowledge of Information Security, Technology Risk or Controls is highly desired. 
  • Knowledge of Cybersecurity organization practices, operations, risk management processes, principles, architectural requirements, engineering and threats and vulnerabilities, including incident response methodologies
We are seeking 5 years of Reporting and Data Analysis experience in Qlikview (or related)
  • Experience dealing with large data sets (structured or unstructured)
  • This position will interface directly with managers to gather reporting requirements, fulfill ad-hoc requests, and evaluate existing reporting to determine best course of action for new requests.
  • Strong Proficiency with other Microsoft Applications (PowerPoint, SharepointExcel, Access, Visio, Word) is requred
  • SharePoint, Confluence, HTML, CSS development experience is a plus
  • Articulate, confident and capable to communicate and influence Senior Executives
  • Ability to organize complex data, analyze financial data in a fast-paced environment
  • In addition, this position may require analytical functions including identifying trends and anomalies, identifying root cause, and presenting recommended solutions to management.
