Project Manager – Robotic Process Automation
Business Transformation in Commercial Banking services several lines of businesses within JPMorgan Chase, including Commercial Banking (CB), Business Banking, Global Wealth Management and Investment Banking. CB operations consist of approximately 7,000 employees spread across the globe.  Exclusively within CB GSC Operations, the Business Transformation team coordinates & monitors aspects of the long-term globalization strategy and transformation strategy through technology initiatives & automation. 
The Project Manager will be responsible for leadership in planning and execution of all Robotic Process Automation initiatives.
The position will be based out of Bengaluru
  • To ensure that all RPA projects are delivered in accordance with the defined approach and framework. This includes taking lead on ensuring quality feasibility assessments and business reviews
  • Maintain list of RPA opportunities for prioritization by Steering Group
  • Establish working relationships and routinely interface with: project sponsors, business stakeholders, Technology, Subject Matter Experts (SMES), and other functional partners.
  • Lead/participate in regular project meetings to ensure project progress, adherence to project plan, milestones and deliverables
  • Monitor, track, and report on project deliverables through each stage of the Software Development Life Cycle to ensure projects are completed on time
  • Drive & be part of various firm wide capability creation workgroups i.e. OCR/ NLP / Machine learning
  • Continually update the RPA training/ awareness material  & conduct regular RPA awareness sessions to CB groups
  • Ensure the documentation is done and retained for all signoff’s / checklists
  • Track project meeting minutes and follow up diligently on action items till closure
  • Provide timely, accurate status updates to key stakeholders including Senior Leadership.
    • Create monthly metrics for CB RPA program and share with Global Innovation Office
    • Create monthly CB RPA presentations and shape messages in a manner effective for senior management
    • Track risks and issues, and escalate as needed to senior management
    • Establish and facilitate appropriate regular working meetings as required, including Working Groups and Project Control Committees
    • Gather stakeholder input and signoff as required
  • Excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to be flexible, organize and prioritize work in order to support concurrent projects
  • Experience in presenting reports/ key messages to senior stakeholders
  • Experience in status reporting (project status, risks, issues, change controls, action items) to working group
  • Strong PC skills in Microsoft Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project) required
  • Proven Project Management experience, including the use of project plans and issue logs
  • BA/BS degree required or equivalent work experience required
  • A minimum of 3 years in the financial services market
  • Experience in loan operations and/or loan technology
  • Experience in employee engagement and influencing staff, senior managers, Members and stakeholders, to achieve organizational outcomes
  • Agile/Scrum project management methodology experience is a plus
