The objectives of the Communications Lead center on developing and managing communications across both internal and external stakeholders in reference to our Build the Bank initiative; from sharing news and sponsoring PR and media-worthy developments to owning messaging from the Executive level to the field. The Communications lead work closely with the Initiative Leadership team to identify progress that's in flight and wins we've achieved; working with our Corporate Communications team to energize our clients with updates regarding the developments that matter most them, while also ensuring that our internal partners are delivered the information they need, how and when they need it.
o A common taxonomy across all internal teams
o Standardized background decks that ensure uniform context across all audiences
o Aligns all presentations/updated with a defined communications calendar
