The Head of India Technology Finance and Business Management (F&BM) will be responsible for all financial, business management and shared services aspects supporting India Technology clients and collaborating with the CIO of the India Global Service Centers (GSC) and the management team to create a first-class leadership team and deliver against our business and financial goals.  The Head of India Technology Finance and Business Management (F&BM) will manage the following teams based in India and oversee their respective services:
  • Regional Enterprise Technology (GTI, CT, TC, Cyber) Finance & Business Management (Local to Local Support)
  • India Regional Technology Management Support (Local to Local Support)
  • Global Technology Transformation and Shared Services (Global Support)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversees all financial and business management functions provided by the India regional F&BM staff
  • Partners with the India Tech Senior Leadership Team and directs in all areas of financial management including: budget planning, monthly forecasting and reporting, headcount planning and tracking, productivity tracking, run rate analysis, monitoring expenses, and cost recovery
  • Manages day-to-day running of the Finance, Business Management, Transformations and Shared Services Teams and alignment to India Technology Regional leadership’s key agenda items, discussion topics, strategy and objectives
  • Establishes and manages governance around key review meetings, including materials and key agenda items for discussion
  • Develops key MIS performance analytics and reporting, including monthly Executive Reporting for India Technology regional clients
  • Drives standardization across processes and reporting
  • Suggests and implements controls to improve efficiency and accuracy of existing processes
  • Builds and rolls out new training efforts to address knowledge gaps to ensure efficiency and continuous improvement
  • Ensures proper prioritization and implementation of key programs
  • Leads India Technology Regional F&BM initiatives and increases transparency around budget, expense management and forecasting
  • Tracks all key action items and deliverables associated with finance, governance, metrics, and business management agenda, documenting work and processes
  • Defines and drives the strategic direction of India Technology F&BM
  • Continually identifies process improvements and efficiencies; eliminates unnecessary bureaucracy
  • Challenges the status quo and drives change
  • Leverages business knowledge and technical expertise to challenge assumptions and operating models
  • Promotes partnership by fostering a shared purpose, trust, and teamwork across teams, businesses, functions, regions, and levels
  • Acts with authority and influences others to take appropriate action; drives decisions and manages through conflict and change
  • Encourages collaboration, information sharing, and discussion to break down silos, create synergies and share best practices
  • Builds and promotes a client/customer and service-centered organization
  • Proactively addresses the needs of clients/customers and the community
  • Leverages experience and market knowledge to drive value-added dialogue; viewed as a trusted advisor and/or standout among competitors
  • Coordinates and executes initiatives and processes in support of business plans
  • 15+ years financial services industry experience
  • Finance, Accounting or Business four-year undergraduate degree or equivalent
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in India and United States regions
  • Proven track record of delivery to a prior shared services client base
  • Proven track record of devising and implementing automation strategies and initiatives
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent business writing and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent people development and management skill
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high performing teams
