In the role of AML/KYC (Anti Money Laundering / Know Your Customer) Technology Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Executing and delivering on projects in coordination with technical teams, integration points across projects, and business drivers
  • Developing and owning all program level\PMO reporting including project status updates, financial reporting and business planning.
  • Developing project plans, tasks, milestones, and measures of success
  • Defining project purpose and business benefits in clear and concise business terms
  • Defining and documenting project risks and mitigation plans
  • Working with application teams and demand management to timely provide application estimates across multiple applications and lines of business
  • Communicating project approach and present plans and gain sign-off from Business and IT stakeholders
  • Leading project teams in successful execution and delivery
  • Monitoring projects on an ongoing basis, evaluating progress and quality, managing risks / issues, and taking corrective action and providing escalation as necessary
  • Owning the consolidated technology project plan across the project, partnering with the application development, QA and & testing teams


  • 5+ years of technology project or portfolio management experience with a focus on medium-to-large projects being delivered on-time and within budget
  • Knowledge of KYC and due diligence process is preferred
  • Ability to lead project independently - managing resources, risks, variances and financials
  • Analytic thinking and proficiency with MS Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint and Clarity and Demand Management planning tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, related area or equivalent professional experience
  • Ability to quickly foster relationships with Software Engineering Managers, Risk and Infrastructure resources
  • Formalized approach to project management including meeting preparation and reporting
  • Keen sense to identify and manage project risks and issues appropriately
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present or facilitate meetings to multiple levels including Chief Technology Officers and their direct reports
  • Experience as a scrum master/agile methodology is preferred but not required
