Asset Based Lending – Head of Southeast Region
J.P. Morgan Asset Based Lending (ABL) is a leading provider of asset-based loans for a wide array of financing needs. With 22 offices throughout the United States, Canada and United Kingdom, ABL has the ability to structure, syndicate and manage a borrower’s domestic and cross border financing requirements.  As a full service provider, ABL has dedicated field examination, collateral monitoring, and loan servicing support for both syndicated and sole lender transactions.
The Regional Manager will be responsible for developing regional strategy and implementing sales plans for the Southeast region and will lead a team of ABL Originators in the Southeastern states.  The Regional Manager will manage an originations staff in the execution of these plans, ensuring new business goals and objectives are achieved.  
In addition, the Regional Manager will actively call on key existing and prospective clients, review and captain significant transactions submitted within the region and will be heavily involved in overseeing the structuring and execution of transactions.
The role requires a proactive and collaborative approach to partnering with Banking colleagues in Middle Market Banking & Specialized Industries, Corporate Client Banking & Specialized Industries and the Corporate & Investment Bank as well as ABL and Commercial Bank Credit.
The position is based in Atlanta, GA, but requires extensive travel throughout the Southeastern United States.
Final Officer title and Job Grade will be determined at time of offer, and may differ from this posting. 
  • At least five years of management experience in a regional capacity
  • Minimum of 15 years of Asset Based Lending Origination, Structuring and Relationship Management Experience
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding production goals and objectives
  • Proven ability to attract, motivate and lead a sales force
  • Superior communication and partnership skills
  • BA required and MBA preferred
