The Solutions Delivery and Support Team within Marketing is seeking an experienced Project Manager with 5-7 years of managing projects/products in an Agile environment.  As an Agile project manager, you will plan, lead, coordinate and work with multiple Product Owners to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering agile projects that provide exceptional business value to users.  The Agile Project Manager is expected to use a high level of knowledge and experience in blending traditional project management principle and practices with Agile development approach in the right proportions to fit large, complex product development. 
Responsible for one or more complex projects or depending on the business group projects have no size/complexity limitations

  • 5-7 years professional Agile project management experience
  • Great organization, collaboration, and coordination skills 
  • Very strong written and oral communicator, giving the right amount of information at the right time at multiple levels
  • Effectively negotiate with the client within a change management and risk management process 
  • Process knowledge and experience leading Agile software projects 
  • JIRA expertise
  • Ability to effectively guide backlog prioritization of functional and non-functional requirements 
  • Ability to effectively partner with Product Owner to organize the product backlog to resolve blockers  
  • Leading meetings at the executive, operational and project levels.
  • Focus in “built in quality”, working early and often with QA to deliver quality code and manage the testing
  • workflow 
  • Understanding of delivery velocity and measuring progress and end dates using visual velocity and burn-up charts 
  • Lives by lean principles such as MVP, the cost of delay and systems thinking 
  • Experience managing distributed teams of local, remote, and off-shore resources 
  • Proven record of delivering robust, on-time solutions with high client satisfaction
