As a Project Manager within Marketing Services, you will be responsible for oversight of multiple projects of significant complexity.  Projects may include execution across all delivery channels in support of Acquisition campaigns, Portfolio campaigns, and new marketing capabilities.  This role will help support and execute new capabilities to acquire customers for Chase branded and co-branded products in addition to supporting regulatory and process improvement initiatives. 
The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in project management, process improvement, and demonstrated ability to lead innovation while working with Marketing on new strategies and tactics. 
  • Work with stakeholders to define project scope and play a leadership role in developing solutions
  • Manage multiple initiatives to completion under concurrent, rigorous deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Develop strategy and execute internal processes by becoming an expert resource in the systems that support the marketing credit card application process
  • Establish and monitor project plans, priorities and deadlines
  • Ensure projects are completed according to time and budget schedules, and that objectives conform to line of business standards, operations objectives, user requirements and client needs
  • Develop, update and present requirements documentation and timelines to support various work
  • Ensure quality and timeliness of project results
  • Organize and direct the activities of project teams to ensure quality and timeliness of project completion 
  • Define problems and solutions involving substantial latitude in course of action
  • Resolve project conflicts by making decisions and through negotiations with impacted areas and management, as appropriate
  • Facilitate productive weekly status meetings and ad hoc meetings as necessary
  • Prepare standard and ad hoc management reports and presentations for assigned projects
  • 3 - 5 years Marketing Execution, Acquisitions, or related experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Project management experience and business background with understanding of assigned areas of responsibility
  • Strong leadership skills, including relationship building, influence, negotiation and communication
  • Business Requirement Document (BRD) creation experience
  • Team coordination and organizational skills
  • Business analysis and process mapping experience
  • Root cause analysis experience
  • Strong understanding of and experience using project management methodology
  • Problem analysis and resolution expertise
  • Fluency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
