Client Intelligence (CI) is a team that supports the global Sales, Marketing and Research organization using CRM and MIS tools across the Investment Bank. This involves leveraging a wide range of tools that will help sales making decision efficiently, while collecting valuable client intelligence data points (trade, revenue, deal, profitability, clients, contacts, etc.).
The Client Intelligence Product Manager will drive various toolsets through the software development life cycle (SDLC), and build strong relationship across all lines of business in CIB. The position requires constant in-person meeting time with sales in a trading floor environment. The CIB business user base is roughly 4,500 staff globally.
Candidates must have prior experience working with Sales organization and developing toolsets for Sales. Experience in the financial markets, structured problem solving with a superior academic record is required. The successful candidate should also possess the following attributes:
