The Senior Marketing Associate will support the credit card marketing team on managing and executing marketing campaigns to acquire new credit card customers and/or increase engagement and awareness from existing credit card customers.  Responsibilities of the Senior Marketing Associate may include:
  • Execute and oversee all aspects of marketing campaigns including business case, creative development, internal approvals and campaign performance
  • Support the marketing leadership team to develop and execute upon an integrated, multi-channel marketing plan designed to drive sales growth
  • Manage marketing drive calendar and marketing budget
  • Oversee execution of marketing initiatives in traditional and digital including social, mobile, email, direct mail, SEO, etc
  • Work with internal and external agencies to develop customer communications and marketing materials
  • Partner with internal Centers Of Excellence and/or external partners and vendors to deliver the integrated marketing plan
  • Compile and communicate competitive bench marketing, best practices and market trends
  • Responsible for reporting and tracking of marketing programs with the ability to incorporate learning and communicate insights

  • 4+ years of marketing and marketing execution experience.  Credit Card marketing experience a  plus
  • Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns; strong digital marketing experience a plus
  • Digital (social, SEO, display, email, etc.) marketing experience a plus
  • Excellent relationship management skills with a strong ability to influence others with experience managing partner or vendor relationships a plus
  • Proven and outstanding end-to-end project management with sharp attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities
  • Analytical thinker with ability to interpret results and drive change
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively work across the matrix organization and influence outcomes
  • Strong control mindset and understanding of internal processes, procedures and systems linked to campaign execution
  • Have a customer obsessed mindset to ensure exceptional customer experience and delivery
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Some travel may be required
