Job Description
As the Technology Recruiting Lead for our Israel Technology Hub at JPMorgan Chase & Co, you will be responsible for delivering all experienced recruiting for the Technology business.
The scale and complexity of the technology footprint at the J.P. This individual will play a consultative role and be responsible for developing sophisticated sourcing and recruitment strategies for the line of business.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and developing  a team of technology recruiting professionals
    • Drive consistent recruitment practices across the team
    • Ensure the recruitment team operates within the firm’s risk and compliance controls
    • Lead the adoption of a functional recruiting strategy for key roles across multiple locations.
    • Define, measure and report on key team metrics including time to hire, cost per hire, diversity and mobility
  • Partner with Technology Site Mangers, HR Recruiting Management, Recruiters and HR Business Partners globally to deliver a best in class in-house recruitment function for technology hiring  
    • Set and guide recruiting strategies that incorporate JPMorgan’s broader strategic priorities and can take into account regional requirements
    • Manage down the cost of recruiting experienced professionals by reducing agency spend across the region
    • Define and implement a comprehensive strategy for strategic hub locations
    • Deliver innovative recruitment solutions  to build a robust, scalable and sustainable pipeline of top quality talent
    • Proactively develop and share competitive intelligence for the location that better informs the recruiting approach
    • Regular meetings with technology management to forecast future hiring needs, share competitor intelligence and report on current recruiting efforts
    • Educate hiring managers on proper interview techniques and processes and ensure a value add, partnership approach.
  • Troubleshoot problems and ensure results
  • Contribute to overall technology recruiting function, including oversight for specific work streams or projects
  • Significant experience with full life cycle recruiting that includes working in a fast paced technology recruiting environment.
  • Experience of working for both a large corporate firm and a recruiting agency is desired 
  • Experience of managing a recruiting team
  • Prior success at delivering talent pipelines for technology groups
  • Successful project management
  • An ability to drive through challenges using innovative approaches and solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of candidates and hiring managers
  • Innovative, creative and results-oriented 
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment of change, multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and adaptable style
  • Ability to operate in a large scale matrix reporting environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Team Player
  • Demonstrates control and governance within the recruitment process.
  • Experience working with an applicant tracking system, preferably Taleo
  • Enthusiastic and passionate approach regarding technology recruiting within the finance sector
