Client Billing Operations supports the end to end Billing process for the Global business units within CIB Banking, Markets and Investor Services. Support CIB clients, globally, who use the Treasury Services, Custody, Accounting, Fund Administration, Investment Analytics, Trust & Fiduciary, Transfer Agency, Prime Brokerage, and OTC suite of products. Primary functions include account and product setup, validation of data inputs into the core billing applications, invoice production, validation & delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Performs quality verification of billing client onboarding, re-pricing and various account setup maintenances.
- Works with the operations team in ensuring that billing account setup is consistent with the fee agreement.
- Oversees focus group discussions to ensure alignment of the processes with the operations team.
- Serves as a subject matter expert
- Generates metric and capacity reporting
- Leads the team to come up with process improvements
- Assists the management and the setup and implementations team in identifying and improving process and control gaps.
- Completes additional assigned tasks from the management to ensure risk and control measures are in place
- Discusses and escalates internal and external findings to stakeholders

3-5 years work experience in a global financial institution
Proficiency with Microsoft office

Preferred Skills & Experience:
Candidates with a Bachelor Degree in Finance or any business related course is preferred
Supervisory experience is a plus
