The Card Finance team is seeking a highly motivated analytical thinker with process control expertise to help developing the state-of-the-art models and processes used to forecast the performance of credit card loans, for both stress testing and business planning purposes.

Roles and responsibilities:

-        Develop policies and procedures for the end-to-end forecasting processes, including data and strategy inputs, model execution, results analysis, and management reporting.

-        Identify risks in the forecasting process and work with SMEs to design and document control standards and procedures.

-        Help to draft, review, and enhance documentations of the revenue and balance sheet items that are driven by Non Model Estimation Methodologies.

-        Build a close partnership with business, risk management, and finance partners across Card Services Line of Business.



-        Strong analytical and communication (verbal and written) skills with a track record of execution against deliverables.

-        Self-starter with strong initiative, ability to take ownership and drive initiatives forward within the organization.

-        Team player with strong organizational skills, and is capable of working in a dynamic environment and managing multiple projects with tight timelines.

-        Bachelor’s or above degree.

-        Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
