Global Technology Infrastructure (GTI) is the technology infrastructure organization for the firm, delivering a wide range of products and services, and partnering with all lines of business to provide high quality service delivery, exceptional project execution and financially disciplined approaches and processes in the most cost effective manner. The objective of GTI is to balance business alignment and the centralized delivery of core products and services. GTI is designed to address the unique infrastructure needs of specific lines of business and the demand to leverage economies of scale across the firm.
About the Organization Development Function
The Organization Development team is responsible for enabling leaders and teams in the GTI organization to drive the GTI Transformation.  We are focussing on Junior Talent, Diversity & Inclusion as well as Manager Effectiveness. The team partners with all departments across GTI to drive organisational change programs and continuous improvement.
Individual role description
GTI is looking for a Diversity & Inclusion Lead with experience executing programs and driving change across the organization globally and at all levels
  • Lead Steering Committee of senior leaders to drive D&I programs across the organization
  • Define and promote priorities for 2018, align and matrix manage sponsors and resources
  • Create marketing and communications plan to showcase role models in the organization
  • Connect into D&I at the Global Technology level as well as across the Hubs, LOBs and BRG’s
  • Measure the impact of programs run
  • Review metrics on a monthly basis and work with the leadership team to create action plans to move the needle and communicate regular updates to GTI on progress
  • Coaching leadership at all levels to be accountable
  • Partner with HR and Recruitment
  • Connect into external tech communities and conferences – what can we learn from industry and look to implement best practices
  • Continue to drive successful programs such as Transformational Leadership & Sponsorship across both GTI and in some cases GT
  • Be part of the extended Transformation team driving organizational change to enable GTI to be Customer obsessed, software enabled and product/service focussed
  • Play a key role in the Manager Effectiveness research and proposal working in partnership with the global team
  • Optional:  Lead Employee Appreciation Week across the firm in partnership with HR lead (EAW scheduled for September 24th 2018)
Desired experience for the role
  • Significant experience working with organizational leadership and teams to help them understand why we all need to live and breathe diversity and inclusion
  • Significant experience and understanding of challenges with scaling programs across large organizations
  • Deep knowledge and passion for all things people based
  • A strong communicator at all organisation levels – able to demonstrate the self-awareness to change message depending on audience and be flexible to accommodate varying levels of experience/knowledge/engagement
  • Experience and passion for working with the following areas: manager effectiveness, junior talent, learning, culture and change management.
  • Ability to mobilize talent in the organization to implement programs
  • Experience connecting with people at all levels of the organization to build a picture / create a point in time and tell stories
  • Exhibits a deep-passion for continuous learning and seeks to provide knowledge gained throughout the entire organization, beyond the team and line of business, can facilitate classes and workshops
