Job Description
This role provides the opportunity to be part of a very strong team responsible for a global system that spans across multiple lines of business within the JPMorgan Corporate Investment Bank. The team has embarked on a multi-year firmwide initiative to build out new strategic set of services to support Collateral Management across multiple lines of business including: Position Inventory, Eligibility,  Margin Management, Optimization.  This role will execute cross team coordination and delivery within the Agile software framework. This role will also require strong project management skills bridging a gap between Business and Technology.


  • 7+ years of IT Project Management experience, or relevant business or team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standard project management tools for financial and project reporting (i.e., Clarity, Beeline, etc.).
  • Understanding of with Agile SCRUM methodology
  • Proficiency in the JIRA toolkit (Reporting, story mapping and  execution management)
  • Formal project management training and discipline knowledge required.
  • Knowledge of technologies, systems, drivers and trends in global investment banking environments backed by a solid understanding of the banking industry fundamentals.
  • Knowledge and understanding of banking regulatory, compliance, risk and security aspects.
  • Proven experience managing geographically distributed and culturally diverse work-groups.
  • Knowledge of Permit to Build and Permit to Operate.
  • Proven experience delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Proven experience at presenting metrics to key stakeholders.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills across functions and teams, up and down the chain of command.
  • Listening and gathering customer/user inputs. Simplifying complex topics for non-technical audiences and preparing quick pointed summaries for executives and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytic skills.
  • Strong  leadership skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Strong  knowledge of IT Environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in technology related area or equivalent experience.
