Job Spec
  • Play a key role in Data Management strategy and execution for the new generation of the Enterprise Contact Center initiative.
  • Work with multiple technology and business teams and drive the discovery and development of conceptual and Logical Data Models
  • Develop Physical Data Models   for various types of physical representations (relational, star, XML, etc.), 
  • Utilize metadata management and data profiling tools
  • Contribute to functional and system architecture and design
  • Assist in defining database standards & procedures, database design, programming and tuning.
  • Supports development and/or production of large scale, complex environments, develops and manages execution of DB implementation/upgrade.
  • Evaluate tools and performs database performance monitoring, analysis and recommendations
  • Defines database standards, policies and procedures
  • Maintains strong data governance discipline. Highly effective at facilitation of data requirements sessions for complex applications.
  • Provide data architecture oversight
  • Contributes to Design for Data Ingestion of ECCS data into the Data Ecosystem – including mapping of legacy data to target data models
  • Contributes to BI and data consumption projects from Data Ecosystem.

  • Strong ability to perform data modeling for large scale, complex business applications
  • Knowledge of Master Data Management
  • Ability to identify patterns, concepts, abstractions
  • Expert Hands-on experience with data modeling tools (object-oriented and relational).  ERWIN a must
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented and strategic thinker
  • Ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships across business, technology and operations as well as across regions and lines of business
  • Knowledge of database technologies (Relational, Data Warehouse, NoSQL Big Data)
  • Knowledge of ETL technologies a must
  • Knowledge of data profiling tools as plus
  • Knowledge of metadata management tools a plus
  • Knowledge of contact center technology a plus
  • BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 10 to 15 years minimum in technology preferably with a financial services firm
