Responsibilities include:
  • Assist in driving strategic technology program and prioritizations across contributing groups
  • Contribute to executive level updates on strategy, budget, project delivery, controls, risks, etc.
  • Ensure Regulatory and Audit agendas are on track/resourced
  • Drive planning at various organizational levels
  • Ensure timetable and deliverable schedules are understood and communicated
  • Track financials related to software and hardware expenditures, resource allocation
  • Organize required reporting for business and technology management review sessions
  • Streamline processes, improve SDLC practices, and increase productivity.
Skills required:
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Project/program management experience
  • Good consensus builder; able to drive large scale initiatives and communications
  • Experienced in delivery of large integration projects within Financial Industry
  • Clear communication skills, and the ability to articulate complex issues concisely
  • Strong ownership – ability to work cross organizations and through obstacles
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a larger team
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project skills
