How you will make an impact  
·         Champion top programming practices and standards 
·         Refine solutions which account for scalability and optimize performance 
·         Draft and put into practice back end and front end components and services 
·         Partner closely with the Onboarding POTL to build new features and infrastructure 
·         Gauge new technologies and create prototypes for constant improvements - Personal experience with the planning, launching, and refactoring phases of authored code 
·         Comprehensive knowledge of REST, JAXB, JMS, SOAP, EHCache  
·         MongoDB,Sybase, Oracle, MySql experience highly desired 
·         Proficiency in Java 
·         10+ years software engineering experience 
·         BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field 
·         Experience crafting, documenting and testing APIs

Seasoned IT Development manager with a minimum of 12 years hands on experience in financial services

In depth prior experience with driving global, enterprise level technology programs

Several years experience successfully leading and managing diverse and remotely located dev team  

Full life-cycle experience from understanding and interpreting user requirements, technical design, development, production implementation and post production support

Extensive experience with workflow solutions such as JBPM, Activiti or similar.

Prior first hand experience with developing solutions supporting complex end user entitlements and advanced understanding of investor services end user client workflow requirements

Prior hands on experience with global, multi-threaded, highly scalable, low-latency enterprise systems using agile methodology.
