Job Description
Risk Reporting & Middle Office (RRMO), a group within Corporate Risk Management, provides reporting and analysis to internal Risk Management and executes controls to monitor the quality of risk data. 
The Business Manager supporting Market Risk Reporting team will support the Head of Global Market Risk Reporting across the following functions / sub-teams:
  • Market Risk Capital Reporting
  • Market Risk Executive Reporting
  • Limits Reporting & Management, and Back Testing
  • Volcker Reporting
  • Authorized Instrument (AI) Reporting   
  • Single Name Position Risk (SNPR) Reporting
The Business Manager within the Risk Reporting team will be responsible for:
  • Preparation of management reporting and presentations
  • Run special projects / strategic initiatives and assist in control action plan remediation
  • Consolidate and report monthly key performance metrics including explains on drivers / themes
  • Manage headcount and financials management and tracking
  • Support the department’s business resiliency planning
  • Oversee the department’s NBIA (new business initiatives) review process
  • Manage governance processes and various periodic recertifications across the department
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience
  • Experience in business management or similar roles (e.g. project management, governance, controls)
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a constantly changing environment
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks, and bring tasks to closure
  • Skilled with using Microsoft products including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong team player who can work well and build partnerships with colleagues of various levels, across multiple locations
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize information for and report up to senior management
  • Ability to identify improvement of a current processes and execute
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working with large amounts of data
  • Project Management experience preferred
  • BA/BS degree required
