The Cyber & Technology Controls (CTC) team establishes the framework and provides guidance to the Enterprise Technology (ET) organization for managing risks, assessing controls and engaging with internal and external organizations to determine adequacy of the control environment. The CTC team supporting Enterprise Technology are responsible for governance and execution of risk programs to identify and mitigate risks within the organization. This includes ensuring adherence to existing policies and standards, regulatory requirements or best business practices.
The Technology Controls Governance & Reporting Lead will work in a small team that will provide a shared service dedicated to delivering oversight of the following core areas;
  • Execution of a CTC Enterprise Technology Communication Plan;
    • coordination, structure and management of executive meetings with senior management and Business Controls Committee (BCC)
    • coordination of formal communication through formal channels; SharePoint, Confluence, News Letters, All Hands meetings
    • Influence and design of internal intranet pages content; e.g. SharePoint, Confluence
  • Oversight and governance of Book of Work;
    • Track, drive and report on key Book of Work deliverables & Firm-wide Cyber Program Milestones
  • Execution on People Agenda initiatives for all CTC Enterprise Technology staffing;
    • Talent Management
    • Skills Development
    • Tracking of Training Plans
    • People Development initiatives
  • Oversight and governance of Financial Planning, working closely with Finance & Business Management track;
    • Travel Budget for entire workforce
    • Training Budget for entire workforce
Required Skills / Experience
  • Understanding of Enterprise Technology spanning Infrastructure, Cloud & Intelligent Solutions
  • Understanding of Firm-wide Risk Management practices
  • Track record of working and communicating with Senior Management; up to CIO Level
  • Strong organizational and structured approach to work - consistently execution focused and proven track record of delivery
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong relationship management and liaison
