Our Global Service Centers (GSCs) are strategically positioned in Mumbai, Bangalore and Hyderabad to support the firm’s operations regionally and globally. The centers provide comprehensive strategic support across technology and business operations processing to all lines of business and the corporate functions.


- Between 0-4 years of basic research experience

- Substantial experience with searching and diligencing information, smart compilation of facts

- Ability to analyze trends, synthesize findings and articulate viewpoints

- At least moderate level of fluency with MS Excel, PPT and Word Documents.

- Comfortable in working through online tools and databases to gather information and insights

- Ability to manage volumes and adhering to the SLAs

- Fluent in communication and confident in talking to onshore stakeholders

- Possessing enough knowledge and interest to understand wider organizational projects and ability to contribute to th

Educational Qualifications

Masters qualification preferred, but open to top performing Undergrads with prior experience in research roles
MBA preferred, but highly open to considering CFAs, CAs and other comparable charter qualifications

Candidate – Desirable Characteristics

Experience working in Investment Banking/ Consulting for a GIC or Captive or Niche Research firms will be considered favorably
Experience working in a start-up and demonstrated fast progression will be looked upon desirably
Experience working on Corporate Strategy and similar environment will be considered favorably
High on general knowledge and an interest in staying tuned with global events & developments
Ability to understand objectives/ motivations of very senior constituents and prepare presentations for the appropriate audience
Curious, energetic and highly proactive in nature and always focusing on opportunity arising from situations
“No excuses” culture and mindset as a belief system
Ability to consider multiple dimensions of an issue
Taking responsibility of people/ team around you and be a helping hand in grooming people to develop
Willingness to believe in oneself and assess situations as well as take risks when called for
