Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Corporate Access Coordinator to take responsibility for the provision of operational and administrative support across the Equities business.
Key Responsibilities covered by these areas:
  • Maintaining corporate contacts databases and calendars
  • Co-ordinate investor meetings and reverse roadshows and associated logistics both domestically and offshore
  • Responsible for result seasons meeting logistics and co-ordination
  • Co-ordinate sector forums and industry event logistics
  • Co-ordinate and assist offshore conference teams on logistics for JPMorgan  Australia Conferences in the US, UK and Asia
  • Managing logistics for in-house corporate access events including meeting room bookings, catering arrangements, AV requirements and record keeping
  • Data entry to Corporate Access systems - namely DealAxis and EventCenter
  • Partner with global corporate access teams

Qualifications / Experience / Knowledge:

  • A minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a front office banking environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality, discretion and professionalism at all times
  • High attention to detail with a focus on achieving error free results in challenging situations
  • Strong Microsoft Office capability, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • English fluency is essential
