Provide administrative support to the Investment and Corporate Banking teams in the Colombian office in all aspects of daily business routine, organizing trips and client meetings, managing expenses, organizing daily reports among other tasks,  etc.  A qualified candidate must be highly organized, competent in key administrative skills, well-spoken (both in English and Spanish) and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. 





  • Relevant telephone coverage; screen calls; take messages and distribute in a timely and appropriate manner
  • Calendar management; schedule internal/external meetings and appointments; and coordinate conference calls
  • Coordinate travel arrangements (air, hotel accommodations and ground transportation) with travel agency; prepare detailed itineraries and assure accuracy and timely delivery of plans/tickets to travelers
  • Review expense reports, verify expense documentation and submit to accounting for payment
  • Assist with special projects and day-to-day tasks
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations and organize marketing material for client meetings
  • Become familiar with all products offered by the bank
  • Organization of events and meetings
  • Bilingual Spanish/English required
  • College degree required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), general comfort level with Internet/Intranet usage and ability to learn proprietary software
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to develop strong relationships with clients
  • Self-starter, extremely organized and detailed-oriented with strong commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively
  • Good judgment and problem solving skills
  • Absolute discretion when dealing with confidential matters
  • Responsive and reliable
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player
  • Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills
