The Performance Analyst is a new role within Operations to support the Performance Analytics group.   The key responsibilities of this role include:


  • Work with Operations teams to improve processes and procedures with the goal of providing better data to the Performance reporting tool
  • Support the Performance team in rolling out their 2 planned projects for 2018 which include the conversion to a new Performance reporting tool and providing daily performance
  • Perform transaction reviews and make necessary changes to ensure transactions are interpreted correctly by the Performance reporting tool
  • Act as the primary liaison for Performance for all Operations-related investigations and inquiries
  • Develop business requirements, testing plans and implementation plans for Operations initiatives to improve Performance reporting 
  • Participate in the review of new products and initiatives and ensure that  Performance is represented in these reviews


  • 2+ years of business analysis experience with a proven history of delivering timely and quality work
  • Strong knowledge of financial instruments and financial reporting
  • Excellent quantitative and data analysis skills with the ability to quickly learn new concepts, processes and workflows
  • Advanced ability with Microsoft Office tools including Excel & Powerpoint
  • Ability to work on varied tasks at any given time with the ability to prioritize without significant guidance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfort in working with people at all levels
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with internal clients and service partners
