Global Wealth Management Operations supports the JPMorgan Private Bank and Chase Wealth Management in JP Morgan’s Asset Management line of business.
  • The Private Bank is the world’s premier service provider for ultra and high net worth individuals.  Our goal is to help these affluent individuals across the globe optimize their wealth, after taxes and across generations.  Global Wealth Management Operations provides end-to-end support for all aspects of the client experience, working closely with client service, fiduciary, product specialty groups, third party vendors and other internal groups.
  • Chase Wealth Management encompasses our Chase Private Client (CPC) and Chase Investment Services businesses. Through a dedicated team of a banker and J.P. Morgan Advisor, Chase Private Client brings our affluent clients concierge banking from Chase and access to the investment expertise from J.P. Morgan. Chase Investment Services provides investment solutions to a broad range of Chase customers through Chase Investment Advisors.  The J.P. Morgan Securities Client Service Center’s mission is to create a great client experience and help individuals across all 50 U.S states to save and invest wisely. Position Summary:
As a Digital Wealth Management - Middle Office Operations team lead for Chase Wealth Management, your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
  • Acting in accordance with the requisite responsibilities in an Associate level management position
  • Lead a team of approximately 8 Investment Specialists who will provide Middle Office support for the firm’s Digital Wealth Management (DWM) strategy for self-directed retail investors.  The team will have broad and deep experience in front, middle and back office operations as they play a role in supporting clients in handling escalated client issues that require expertise to research and resolve.  Resolution of these problems will cover matters ranging across products/services, asset transfer, money movements, tax/cost basis, dividends/corporate actions and other misc. operational processes.
  • Manage and directs overall team activities and monitors progress                      
  • Assist with the development and implementation of Operational Policies and Procedures and associated Risk & Controls, Metrics and reporting on the new operating environment
  • Recommends and implements enhancements to improve effectiveness and efficiency of services and systems
  • May present business updates to senior management

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field
  • Requires Securities industry experience
  • Preferably 3-5 years of experience, ideally in front, middle and back office operations
  • Requires prior leadership experience
  • FINRA Series 7/66 and Series 24 required
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding problem solving skills
  • Strong client service experience
  • Strong overall people management skills with a proven record of prior management experience, or equivalent leadership experience
  • Self starter with a high sense of urgency and professionalism, with a demonstrated ability to handle multiple concurrent issues within strict timeframes
  • Strong communication and people skills with a proven ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with internal and external customers
  • Experience with process improvement with line of business brokerage applications a plus
  • Accelerated skills in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel proficiency preferred
