The Senior Relationship Sales Officer will develop and sell payment technology(mapping, interfaces, gateways, settlement and reconciliation packages) to online business and product development owners.  The candidate is expected to have the skillset to work across multiple industries/clients to create market penetration by advising payment product designers optimal settlement and accounting solutions globally.  Must be experienced with setting growth and market strategies to meet/exceed sales targets.


Principal Duties and Responsibilities
  • Executes ecommerce strategy by identifying new business opportunities across a suite of solutions.
  • Develops and maintains an active sales pipeline
  • Works with internal partners, including bankers and CSO’s to maintain and grow  an existing portfolio
  • Serves as a trusted advisor, leveraging core knowledge to recommend and promote Treasury Services solutions to clients while working within the risk parameters that protect the firm.
  • Develops account plans for select clients.
  • Conveys a professional, knowledgeable and confident demeanor.
  • Builds collaborative internal relationships to develop and foster partnerships with assigned portfolio Managers, Bankers, Service and Implementation and other internal partners.
  • Maintains an active calling plan; regularly engaging clients and prospects to communicate key Treasury Services messages to drive business results.
  • Manages customer expectations by communicating up front timelines and deliverables.
  • Works closely with Implementation  and Client Service colleagues to ensure smooth transition of requests.
  • Takes ownership of escalating Treasury Management client issues to the appropriate partner (Service, Implementation, etc.) follow up and leverage the appropriate resources to champion results.

  • Minimum 10 years ecommerce experience including overseas assignment or global experience
  • Knowledge of bank card settlement networks and high/low value payment settlement systems
  • Knowledge of cloud-based and SaaS products for financial services desired
  • Use of data and design terms and knowledge sciences desired
  • Undergraduate degree required, post graduate degree desired
