  • Process end-user requests for role based access to applications and shared-drives.
  • Train requesters in usage of access tool.
  • Ensure all access deviations are captured and remediated.
  • Monitor the addition and deletion on a timely basis for any change of staffing or role.
  • Re-certify profiles on yearly basis.
  • Enable and monitor right levels of access relevant to the specific roles.
  • Include new groups and Business lines as recipients of access control services.
  • Build role based profiles
  • Previous relevant experience in identity and access management.
  • Strong problem solving and good analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interact with very Sr Management
  • Track record of successful project completion working in a team
  • Ability to multi-task and test different applications relating to a release
  • Good time management skills and the ability to work on tight deadlines
