Position Description
As an Associate, you will work with the Client Data & Reporting teams providing project and business support to help develop and implement a new team focused on all aspects of UAT Testing from Business Requirement Reviews through UAT Testing cycles and Release roll outs. The candidate may support multiple projects or initiatives across various geographic locations.  Projects will involve participants from and have impact on functions across multiple lines of business.  Project work typically has a substantial impact on the Corporation/LOB and is geared towards revenue enhancement, cost reduction, risk mitigation, process improvement or other priorities as defined by management.  Ad hoc requests in addition to scheduled activities are likely.
  • Plan and execute testing for projects or business related system enhancements of various sizes.
  • Analyze testing processes across teams and propose smarter/more automated processing.
  • Oversight of test script design and execution.
  • Organize discreet work efforts and provide overall project and/or testing tracking and analysis.
  • Communicate to management and other key team stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with the hiring manager to manage business/client project deliverable expectations.
  • Influence technology to ensure testing region and required testing code/account test bed are available for testers.
  • Provide feedback on project statuses, offering constructive options to ensure project tracks to original expectations.
  • Project/testing activities may require weekend work.
  • Lead status meetings at the operational and project level.
  • Specific project activity may also include:
    • Develop testing strategies and test plans that can be leverage across teams. 
    • Coordinate UAT and regression testing for key applications
    • Metrics reporting and status tracking
    • Researching and clarifying business requirements so technology can deliver appropriate technical solutions. 
    • Documenting current and future state operating models
    • Documenting policies and procedures


  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, client -focused
  • 2-5 years project management and/or business analyst experience
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, & relationship management skills
  • Ability to synthesize information to reach logical conclusions & present findings
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Strong systems, operational, and control analysis skills
  • Demonstrated intermediate level proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • High degree of initiative, self direction, and ability to work independently
  • Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work
  • Familiarity with Private Banking business and applications is a plus
  • B.A. / B.S. Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Candidate must be able to juggle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously, handle changing priorities, and work independently in a fast paced environment
