The Job Objectives:
The Brazil Treasury Services Product Team Payment is responsible for product strategy, development and commercialization of both core cash and liquidity products that J.P. Morgan delivers to Corporate and Commercial Bank clients in country. The Product Manager has P&L accountability and will be responsible for managing and driving JPM's suite of in-country CCM/Liquidity products offered to clients in the country. This role requires working with Brazil in-country and regional functional partners in Treasury, Operations, Implementation and Customer Service to ensure product capabilities meet high service quality standards.
. Conduct, drive and execute JPM's CCM/Liquidity product BAU initiatives aligned with TS pricing strategy in country
· Develop a robust understanding of market dynamics - competition, regulatory changes, emerging client requirements and product needs
· Partner with Sales team for a close client view
· Deep knowledge of TS Products, related processes, procedures and systems, being able to identify improvement opportunities, potential risks and address them accordantly  
· Develop scorecard and metrics to ensure full transparency and effective communication of performance and P&L management
· Good understanding of the Regulatory environment related to Financial industry and CCM/Liquidity management activities , staying abreast with regulatory landscape ensuring products are in compliance
· Risk and control management framework
· Partner with Innovation team to improve existing product offerings
• Product management and promotion including ready-to-launch and ready-to-sell activities, including the Creation of internal and external product material for training and selling of the managed products
· Drive knowledge sharing initiatives through regular product training and consultative support on key transactions
   You will be able to demonstrate your proven product management and development experience within a Wholesale in cash management products
• • You will be able to give examples of presentation and influencing skills both with clients and internal partnerships
• Active risk and control mind-set and expertise applied when defining business requirements for Product Development
• Extensive treasury management banking experience and product management payments experience a plus
• Solid track record of success in developing and implementing large-scale initiatives

· Strong communication skills, ability to articulate complex ideas and analytics in a succinct way

Leadership and ability with crises management, being able to guide the team to timely act to solve an urgent issue
• Creative problem solver, capable of developing innovative and differentiated solutions
· Fluent oral and written communication skills in Portuguese and English
· Proficiency in Power Point, Word, Excel and good analytical skills
· Bachelor is required; MBA or equivalent professional qualification preferred
