The Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) Central Support Team is primarily responsible for oversight and governance of several CCB Control Programs including the RCSA framework including Testing & Process Refresh, Issue Management, Keys, and FORCE Support. The team works across the all CCB Lines of Business, as well as with other control teams within the Oversight and Control organization, to govern program standards, identify and remediate control program issue, and provide guidance to key stakeholders in the CCB Lines of Business and Functions. The team partners with all control disciplines, adding an additional line of defense in support of Corporate Operational Risk, Corporate Oversight and Control, Compliance, and Audit, among others.


The role will serve as an “agent of change”.  CCB is determined to transform into a customer obsessed institution, offering a distinctive "One Chase" experience. As a Program Manager / Agent of Change, the general responsibilities will support the CCB Oversight & Controls Risk and Controls (RCSA) User Community, including but not limited to:

Candidates must be proficient in the following:

  • Project Task Estimation
  • Resource Scheduling
  • Risk Management
  • Issue Management
  • Adherence to Agile Lifecycle or Standard Project Lifecycle as applicable
  • Analytics / Budget / Financial Management including Business Case completion
  • Supporting agile and agile transformative objectives

This individual and his/her team will support several teams that may cross program boundaries.


  • Demonstrated experience in leading cross functional projects and initiatives
  • 7+ years of program management experience and analytics experience
  • Strong Client relationship and Communication skills; highly collaborative – can build rapport and credibility
  • Ability to lead programs from initiation through implementation leveraging agile methodologies
  • Has experience in agile delivery, agile at scale or within large organizations, and agile transformation
  • Strong knowledge of Risk and Control Self-Assessment Life cycle
  • Highly collaborative with strong Client relationships and Communication skills
  • Excellent Presentation skills
  • Proficient in project management tool set and Microsoft Office applications
  • BA/BS in related field, MBA/Advanced Degree a plus
