As an experienced Technology Program Manager, your mission is to help lead our team of innovators and technologists toward creating next-level solutions that improve the way our business is run. Your deep knowledge of design, analytics, development, coding, testing and application programming will help your team raise their game, meeting your standards, as well as satisfying both business and functional requirements. Your expertise in various technology domains will be counted on to set strategic direction and solve complex and mission critical problems, internally and externally. This role provides the opportunity to be part of our Agile team that works on the Wealth Management platforms for the AWM line of business. One of our top programs is the Operations Control and Effective initiative which is multi-year with 17-18 concurrent projects at any given time. One of the main objectives of this role is to be day to day program leader for the program in terms of managing delivery and ensuring visibility and partnership for senior leadership and Operations partners. We are also enhancing current modules within the Connect platform and creating new components to serve our brokerage business which are unique to the platform.
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
· Strong program management and project management experience including experience reporting to senior management, overseeing budget and resource utilization, managing risks and issues.
• Understanding of the technology architecture
• Good knowledge in Java 8, Spring modules and Design patterns.
• REST service, Hands on knowledge in developing microservices
• Hands on experience in developing and deploying Cloud Native applications.
· Experienced in Agile Transformation and Dev Modernization frameworks and approaches
• Design and performance optimization of any Enterprise application deployed in Cloud
• Experience in BDD/TDD
• IDE as required for the application development and local testing (Eclipse, Oracle SQL Developer). Hands on experience in configuring Jenkins jobs, Dev-Ops tools, GIT, JIRA needed
• Experience in Agile methodology, should be able to work in sprints in onshore-offshore model.
