As a Scrum Master within Consumer & Community Banking (CCB), Digital Technology, you will lead a development team and development partners through a well-defined customized software development life cycle process.  This will include processing definition, Agile Scrum based software development methodology (daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings) along with cross functional communication, software technical project management, requirements traceability, source code control, test case management and defect tracking.  This position also defines the metrics to be used to track Agile process improvement.   


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of solid experience working in Agile (Scrum) based software development environments
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Expertise in timeline estimation and planning; creating useful, reliable and practical plans for software development projects.
  • Conflict resolution capabilities by focusing on scrum values of openness, honesty and respect.
  • Ability to forecast the numbers of deliverables possible in an iteration based on evidence and reliable source.
  • Ability to track and remove impediments.
  • Ability to coach others in good Agile practices
  • Knowledge of the Agile methodology and frameworks of Agile Scrum such as User Stories, Continuous Integration, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.
  • Demonstrated experience with Jira.
  • Understand the basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies other than Agile-Scrum
  • Basic knowledge of software development processes and procedures to understand the team needs
  • Knowledge of backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, user stories etc.
  • Understand the value of metrics and incremental delivery.
