This position is anticipated to require the use of one or more High Security Access (HSA) systems. Users of these systems are subject to enhanced screening which includes both criminal and credit background checks, and/or other enhanced screening at the time of accepting the position and on an annual basis thereafter. The enhanced screening will need to be successfully completed prior to commencing employment or assignment.
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • Advanced knowledge in the following key areas: Hardware Architecture (performance testing, monitoring, operations), Hardware Benchmarking (Agile, program managements, network management), Design (compliance, security), Network Engineering (planning, provision)
  • Advanced understanding of business technology drivers and their impact on architecture design, performance and monitoring, best practices and JPMC policies
  • Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, launch and deliver multiple IT projects on time and within budget
  • Ability to articulate to more experienced management a technical strategy in clear, concise, understandable terms
  • 5+ years of experience in information technology with an emphasis on middleware / web application support
  • 3+ years of experience successfully supporting high-availability enterprise sized web applications
  • Demonstrated proficiency with installing, configuring and troubleshooting Actimize solutions. AIS (Analytics Intelligence Server) platform experience is a must. Knowledge on RCM (Risk Case Manager) and the Integrated Fraud Management (IFM) solution is preferred.
  • Experience with Windows Server 2012 & IIS 8.0, Tomcat and Apache HP server hardware, and SQL Server 2012 R2.
  • Experience with TCP/IP networking, server backup solutions, EMC SAN devices, HTML, JavaScript, XML, ASP.NET, C#, and Cisco or F5 load balancing solutions preferred
The Digital Integrated Core Technology Office is searching for a Middleware / Web Application Engineer with experience installing, configuring and troubleshooting NICE Actimize software solutions.
  • The candidate must have a comprehensive understanding of the Actimize AIS (Analytics Intelligence Server) platform and RCM (Risk Case Manager) web application, ideally with a specialization on the Integrated Fraud Management (IFM) solution. Effective support of such applications requires successful candidates to:
  • Anticipate problems and analyze ways to mitigate the risk.
  • Communicate effectively; articulate the business value and impact of advanced technical and non-technical information and understand when to escalate issues.
  • Provide effective production support of any issues with implemented changes, including accurate problem identification, ticket documentation and customer/vendor dialogue.
  • Experience with Windows Server 2012 & IIS 8.0, Tomcat and Apache HP server hardware, and SQL Server 2012 R2.
