The Position:
Chase Consumer Bank has been highly successful in driving acquisition & engagement programs with customers across their 23 state footprint. To continue to drive growth, we are seeking to leverage technology to build a better customer journey from shopping through to origination and activation. This individual will work with a team to:
  • Create a clear statement of the business opportunity and identify all the stakeholders that would need to be a part of the program.
  • Conduct research to help inform best practice in building a recommendation for requirements.
  • Expected deliverables would include defining the opportunity, the business case, concept, target state and defining the roadmap to execution for the program.

Core Responsibilities
  • Build the business case to support the acquisition journey opportunity with digital led solutions.
  • Work closely with the digital product team, leadership and all identified stakeholders to collaborate on the strategy.
  •  Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. marketing, dCE, analytics, finance, ops, LOB etc.) to align on objectives and timing.
  • Work with analytics and the data modelling team to understand program performance, test results and account quality; design data and analytics to drive future decisions based on customer interactions and behaviour's
  • conduct research that can provide best practice learning's that chase may look to adopt as part of the target state.
  • Strategize to ensure that focus includes a multi-channel and cross line of business point of view.
  • Tracking program progress and sharing feedback will be an on going requirement.
  • Act as thought leader in the digital acquisitions team, with the ability to translate emerging opportunities into additional considerations for the program.

  • 4+ years of business management experience;
  •       2+ years of experience with Digital products and services

  • Experience working with broad cross-functional partners on a daily basis and leveraging those relationships
  • Ability to influence and present to stakeholders at senior levels to ensure proper awareness, support and escalations
