We are actively seeking a Multimedia Infrastructure Developer to join the Multimedia Services team. Multimedia Services manages eight core firm wide services for JP Morgan Chase. Services include Audio Conferencing; Telepresence Video Conferencing (desktop, mobile and room-based systems); Web Conferencing; Digital Signage (including video walls); Video Streaming (live webcasting, video on demand, IPTV); and Audio Visual 
The primary responsibilities of the Infrastructure Developer is to develop software to create new features or tools and integrate systems via API or other methods to automate processes and extend solution capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • As an Infrastructure Developer, you will actively lead and drive automation of manual operations. Your will focus improving end to end client experience by understanding client intent, translate client intent into a data driven automated workflow.
  • You will ensure that that systems are developed keeping in mind GTI’s ‘secure from start’ and Global Technology Software Development principles best practices (e.g. coding practices, test driven development, automated testing and release management etc.)
  • You will develop APIs, micro services and abstraction layers at a platform level (compute, network devices, storage farms, database, middleware, multimedia etc.) that will enable end to end automation from customer perspective.
  • Interface with GSO CDO team, engineering, architecture, operations teams, and vendors to identify the technologies required for a modern software driven technology infrastructure. 



  • 3-5 years of strong development skills in a Dynamic Programming Language with full stack development (Python, Java, .NET)
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Infrastructure Development using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Strong analytical mindset with focus on Operational efficiency and automation
  • High level of proficiency debugging and analyzing complex software systems, including a willingness to deep-dive into all layers of the technology stack
  • Networking, internet, and operating system security fundamentals
  • Knowledge of system performance and monitoring
