The Consumer Banking Specialist is responsible for providing timely resolutions to our Consumer and Community Banking customer’s queries.  They will connect with our customers through inbound/outbound calls regarding transactions on their accounts such as payments, loans, charges/fees, interest rates, rewards and other issues.

The Performance Consulting organization is responsible for leading critical, strategic efforts throughout the business with the ultimate goal of improving both operating and financial performance. The Operations Research and Data Science (ORDS) organization, which is part of Performance Consulting, leads and executes transformational data science and machine learning projects in Operations across Consumer and Community Banking.  
SAS Intelligence Platform Developer and Administrator has to demonstrate ability to plan, deploy, debug, and troubleshoot SAS Intelligence Platform software and related components. This person will be responsible for maintenance and enhancements to the complete suite of SAS products within BMA. This person will also partner with and support a fast-paced quantitative analytics in a highly collaborative environment working closely with Program Managers to ensure the on-time and quality delivery of work.

  • Manage a large scale SAS environment including monitoring, troubleshooting and performance tuning
  • Acts as lead liaison with SAS administrator to resolve outstanding issues with the SAS environment
  • Uses SAS Management Console to manage connections to data sources, define libraries and create metadata objects
  • Program and support SAS Code and SAS ETL
  • Collaborate with others in the organization to develop new ideas and brainstorm potential solutions.
  • Actively contribute to the continuous learning mindset of the organization by bringing in new ideas and perspectives that stretch the thinking of the group.   
  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field such as information science, data science, or statistics with 7 years of experience
  • Some practical experience, internships or co-ops in an analytics or modeling discipline
  • Strong knowledge of statistics, computer science and programming
  • Exceptional SAS development skills
  • Experience with SAS Intelligence Platform (DI Studio, Management Console, Model Manager, Stored Processes, Scheduling etc.)
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Experience monitoring and troubleshooting SAS services
  • Experience working in multi-server, database, and high availability environments
  • Experience with complex programming and data analytics such as automated data quality checks, data manipulation and statistical analysis
  • Familiarity with modeling and systems implementation testing, systems integrations, building system models by combining model components, and testing the integrity of modeling systems
