Chase Partner Cards is looking for an Executive Director of Cobrand Card Marketing and Partnership. This individual will have the exciting charge to manage and grow one of Chase's cobrand card relationships across new product development, new account and portfolio marketing, and function as the general manager for this prestigious brand. This individual will also be responsible for a team of marketing managers and establishing a strong relationship with the partner team.
This role requires an individual who thinks end to end across the customer life-cycle and has a proven track record of managing a small business across the dimensions of:
  • new product development and management,
  • new customer acquisitions and portfolio existing customer marketing,
  • 360 degree communication to drive robust surround sound for the card,
  • P&L management and growing profitability,
  • customer experience and brand integration
Description of Responsibilities:
  • Understand the growth levers of the card portfolio and define actionable tactics and initiatives to drive measurable growth, cohesively and consistently across the customer life-cycle
  • Determine acquisition levers across each channel and determine ways to grow new accounts in a profitable way
  • Segment the existing cardmember base, and define engagement / retention treatment strategy for each segment
  • Define the calendar of portfolio campaigns to drive up debit active rate, reduce silent attrition and grow NPS scores
  • Develop and launch the new product by mid-next year by collaborating closely with the operations, marketing services and technology teams
  • Design an impactful and differentiated Brand positioning and 360 degree launch plan by working with PR / Social and Brand teams to enhance the card program in the market
  • Partner with finance teams to understand the P&L and determine ways to build profitability 
  • Build a strong day to day Partner relationship in aligning and implementing the tactics and initiatives across the card partnership
  • Work to create common set of goals to drive sales and drive profit for Chase, and create win-win situations



  • 10+ years relevant experience in Product Management and Strategic Marketing in financial services
  • Highly strategic in understanding competition, consumer dynamics and trends
  • Proven track record in developing actionable strategies and very results / metrics oriented
  • Exceptionally strong analytical skills and understanding of P&L drivers and levers
  • Ability to articulate clear inter-connected goals and motivate teams to work together to achieve tactical and strategic outcomes
  • Proactive, positive attitude, self starter approach
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
