Persuade graduate students with a bachelor in Industrial or Commercial Engineering with no experience or less than one year of experience in research.
The candidate will join the Southern Cone and Andean equity research team which is responsible for the investment strategic view of the equity markets in Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Peru. The position requires that the candidate actively participates in the definition of the strategy view of the equity markets from the countries covered. One of the main functions will be to generate discussion and debate from a top-down point of view of the equity market; considering as well the bottom-up analysis of specific stocks and their investment opportunities. It’s required for the candidate to have analytic abilities, as well as a fair knowledge on company valuation. The candidate must show commercial skills to support the relationship with institutional clients that operate with JP Morgan.
The main objective of the trainee program is to potentiate the candidate’s skills and abilities to later become part of our firm, when possible.
