The Treasury and Securities Services (TSS) Client Access Portal provides online banking services to JP Morgan Chase's enterprise clients. Access is a web and mobile based cash management application directly tied to the strategic growth of Treasury Services.  The TSS Admin Center project provides self-service administration capabilities for ANG.     

 
As a Business Systems Analyst for the TS Admin Center team, you will serve as a liaison between technical resources and the lines of business in order to define and ensure the successful delivery of system solutions for J.P. Morgan Chase's wholesale customer base (specifically for the Treasury and Security Services, Commercial and Business Banking lines of business). This position requires a strong background in system design and software development as well as a high level of expertise in business process re engineering and business modeling concepts.
 
The BSA is responsible for analyzing the business, operational, functional and non-functional requirements and for producing Functional Specification Documents related to those requirements.  In addition, the BSA plays an integral role in supporting the Agile Project Management Methodology, and is responsible for creating stories based on functional requirements, creating and socializing acceptance criteria for the stories and for performing functional testing.
 
The ability to communicate effectively is critical as you will work closely with both with groups, business and technical teams to ensure that line of business goals and requirements are successfully met with technology solutions.  The candidate must possess demonstrated partnership and collaboration skills as well as the ability to interface with both technology and business partners at all levels and across multiple organization.
 
Responsibilities include:
  • Working with line of business partners to develop and define technology project scopes, requirements, and operational impacts (migrations support, etc)
  • Producing Functional Specification Documents supporting the Admin Center platform business requirements.
  • Working with technology team to review project requirements, design and test plans/results to confirm that line of business goals are met
  • Support all aspects of the development life cycle through implementation
Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of technical delivery experience (Architecture, Application Development, Usability Design, Project Management, or Quality Assurance)
  • Minimum five years of business analysis (or equivalent work experience)
  • Experience with SQL/Oracle and other Databases/Analysis Tools
  • Experience with large data sets and data analysis
  • Experience/understanding of business process re engineering and business modeling concepts, business systems development and analysis
  • Basic understanding of the company's business practices and familiarity with the company's wholesale products and services
  • Strong analytical and writing skills, to include solid experience in writing functional and technical specifications
  • Experience in Agile Project Management Methodology preferred
