The Production Product Flow Owner in CCB is primarily focused on the successful delivery of the Service provided by the end to end Product Flow.  Key responsibilities include:
  • Advocates on behalf of the customer to drive stability of the product, including the end to end customer experience for the business flow
  • Maintains relationship with key partners & 3rd parties in the flow. Ensure transparency and communication of upcoming changes/Roadmap across all key stakeholders of applications in the flow.
  • Contributes to production roadmap based on pain points articulated by business of the current production functionality.
  • Drives reduction in incident volumes through the active tracking and monitoring of all aspects of the stability and resiliency of the applications in the flow.
  • Drives improvements that allow prompt detection of incidents and quick recovery from incidents through ensuring excellence in Event, Incident and Problem Management for all applications in the flow.
  • Drives the development of organizational  structure to support the end to end flow.
  • Hands-on experience in strategic transformation, problem solving, process re-engineering and analytical initiatives are critical to the role.
  • Strong technical background – application support experience is preferred.
  • Ability to establish strong partnership and influence across lines of business with the business, application teams, production support teams and external vendors (where applicable) is key.
  • Requires a combination of technical background and business acumen.
  • Minimum 8 years of Application Development and/or Production Management work experience
  • Understands Production Management roles, responsibilities, nomenclature, tools, processes and procedures around incident, problem, change, hygiene, capacity , monitoring, and documentation
  • Highly collaborative – Strong experience collaborating with and influencing cross functional teams on processes, procedures, culture, tools, etc. Strong partnership skills, builds relationships, understands how to find common ground to deliver on objectives
  • Change Agent (willing to challenge the status quo); strong drive for continuous improvement
  • Professional courage - takes on issues and challenges, calls it like s/he sees it
  • Deals well with ambiguity, can shape and define the future, take an idea and make it reality
