The Strategic Initiatives and Process Improvement Team partners with each Core Servicing LOB and their senior management to drive improvements across Home Lending Core Servicing. Your responsibilities will include writing and distributing large-scale employee communications, communication technology (web, social and digital media), event production, day-to-day project management, print production, survey management, video production and email distribution. In addition, the position is part of a shared services team that will support the fast-turnaround communication needs of executives across Core Servicing.
 
Required Skills:
  • Must have strong, proven communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to write (in the Voice of Chase) for diverse audiences and in language suitable for web and digital media; must be able to work with all levels of management
  • Solid technical aptitude and ability to become quickly proficient with communication technology quickly (web page management, complex email distributions, Excel spreadsheets and macros, Telepresence and webcast scheduling, Outlook shared mailboxes)
  • Ability to translate complex, technical information and terms in a clear, understandable way; strong data visualization skills
  • Skilled in MS Excel, Access, InfoPath, Access, PitchPro and PowerPoint; ideal applicant will have 1 – 2 years direct experience creating executive level PowerPoint decks
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Intermediate MS SharePoint content management
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; proven track record with holistic ownership of programs
  • Technical production skills, including experience with video, event technical production and print production
  • Plan and execute communications activities, including town halls, market visits, employee events, and recognition activities
  • Outstanding judgment, problem-solving ability and resourcefulness
  • Thinks creatively and strategically, bringing fresh ideas with a next-gen focus for solutions to issues concerning our business and employees
  • Project and change management discipline
  • Content editor and mentor; knowledge of grammar, proofing, publication production and AP style necessary

 

 

The responsibilities for this position will include:
 
  • Prepare executive level decks specific to monthly/quarterly business reviews and Home Lending priority initiatives
  • Provide reporting and data analysis support to enable our business groups to monitor service levels, resolve issues and reduce risk
  • Utilize business knowledge to question report anomalies and provide best in class service
  • Act as a project manager for division or corporate level projects as needed.
  • Serve as strategic counsel to senior Chase executives in support of overall communications strategy and employee engagement
  • Drive business outcomes by building and executing strategic and tactical plans in support of business priorities and cultural values
