The Digital Wealth Management team is charged with creating a fully integrated, elegant and seamless digital experience across the entire life cycle for both clients and advisors, creating a compelling omni-channel experience that both creates efficiencies for clients and advisors and enhances their relationships. We build the strategic vision and execute programs to bring to life this digital experience, driving 360-degree client engagement. Our organization works closely with the business, both in Global Wealth Management and Chase Wealth Management, with teams aligned to front-office regions, service teams, strategy and solutions teams, marketing and technology. This structure enables us to create solutions that drive revenue, increase advisor efficiency, improve client satisfaction and grow market share.
The candidate will be responsible for leading strategy and execution for educational content for online investors. The candidate will work closely with leaders across Digital, Investments, Tech, Digital Customer Experience (DCE), Chase Wealth Management (CWM), Consumer Bank (CB)and Marketing.
The ideal candidate has experience developing innovative strategies to offer information and content to engage and educate self-directed investors. The ideal candidate has experience in understanding financial needs of first-time investors and can translate these needs into compelling story ideas that can be supported through content, information and data. Further, this candidate will work closely with DCE to envision rich digital experiences centered on the content through data visualizations, infographics, and modern interactive design.
The candidate will work closely with DWM and Marketing to ensure alignment of this new proposition with existing capabilities. The candidate will also design a multi-year roadmap to build out this proposition by integrating additional content, educational modules, and products for first time investors. The candidate will be responsible for integrating this proposition within our broader Chase digital ecosystem. Finally this candidate will be a critical member of a cross-functional strategic effort to refine the value proposition of CWM.
Candidates should have excellent skills across strategy, user-centered design, product management, written and oral communication, and building interpersonal relationships. In addition to being a seasoned, well trained professional, the successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with the ability to inspire confidence among business and technology stakeholders.
Relevant experience includes FinTechs, brokerage and banking industry, designing digital products for millennial customers.
  • Analyze pain points of online investors across customer journeys
  • Identify differences in needs, attitudes and expectations of self-directed investors vs advised investors
  • Translate investor needs into content; determine content type by client, topic, product, form factor
  • Coordinate creation of content by thought leaders; evangelize user perspective
  • Partner closely with DCE, investments, DWM and CWM marketing to design intuitive and engaging content experiences
  • Develop coherent strategy to offer content in context of the user journey
  • Focus on driving business outcomes through content by rethinking experiences and measuring results
  • Lead effort to engage millennials on investing through education and content
  • Partner with digital customer experience organization on user experience, design and research
  • Build new digital products with a design thinking approach
  • Use modern design techniques including gamification and social to drive activity
  • Lead a cross-functional team to build a mobile-first prototype
  • Define test and learn agenda based on user feedback
  • Coordinate across all relevant digital initiatives across Chase


  • 5+ years of strategy, design and content experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams
  • Deep understanding of customer needs for investing and saving
  • Track record of effective execution at financial services institutions or FinTechs
  • Ability to lead prioritization across multiple stakeholders
  • Commitment and self-motivation suitable to a start-up team
  • Desire to get sleeves rolled up as player/coach
